Diana is experienced in the fields of information governance and business process improvement as a qualified practitioner in both data protection and freedom of information with an MSc in Information and Records Management. She has also been on the project board of a large scale ‘systems thinking’ improvement project working on multiple processes. She believes that collaborating with and including colleagues is key to driving sustainable and continual improvement.
