Andrew’s experience includes capital projects, facilities and asset management, hospitality, PFI, structured finance, residential management, property acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining the University, Andrew was MD of UPP, the UK’s leading provider of campus based University accommodation. Before UPP, Andrew was a founder member of an asset management business managing £4bn of property assets.
