Jane joined the University of Winchester in 2007 and worked in a number of different roles within the HR department for 7 years, before moving to join the newly formed Continuous Improvement Unit in 2014. As a lean practitioner, Jane has a particular interest in process mapping as an improvement tool.

How to convince the process mapping sceptics
Encouraging people to try different ways of working is a big problem for many HE institutions. While taking advantage of a powerful resource, the continuous improvement team at the University of Winchester also learned some valuable lessons about bringing reluctant staff on board.
