Middlesex University has boosted staff confidence, reduced mundane tasks and produced a better student experience, simply by improving their admissions system. Karolin Arvidsson sets out how they did it.

Karolin joined Middlesex University in December 2014 and is responsible for delivering business enhancement change projects throughout the professional services and schools. She has experience of working with process improvement in previous jobs. She obtained a masters in teaching from Stockholm University and is currently studying for her MBA at Middlesex.
